I have been digging around and came up with a guy named Ari and he is a lawyer with James, Thompson and Gustafson of Naperville.
Anyone help with this? I guess this guy has a history with the SD.

Topher, Joni Blackman referred to him in her column this a.m. Just stating that she tried to contact him but he did not respond. Apparently is an attorney here in Naperville.

From what I gathered, he is the driving force behind CFO/VoteNo now not Vickers. It seems that he has also been against every referendum in the SD. ETA found his BIO www.jgtattorneys.com/howtocontactus/lawyers.htmlalso has a picture, JB maybe this will refresh your memmory

I think he is a member of Will DuPage Taxpayers Alliance. I am having trouble finding any more information on it.

He is the luny we talked about on the other board. I do suspect he is a major force. Question is, what is his TRUE motivation? Is he an ex-branch-davidian? Did he have a "fist" fight with Howie over something? There is definately more to this than meets the eye.

Who is the current BB attorney? A NO to them means more $$ for the land as time marches on, does it not?

Who is the current BB attorney? A NO to them means more $$ for the land as time marches on, does it not? What is your point. Are you implying that BB is donating money to the CFO?

I think Stephen Helm of Naperville was quoted in the papers as attorney for BB.

Not implying anything, just trying to analytically throw it out on the table to poke it with a stick and examine it.
Rew's also right, a developer desiring the land would want this to not be passed too.
