The judge has dealt a minor blow to the SD....Apparently they did not respond with info from their executive meetings as ordered by the court in a timely fashion. So the SD has been barred from using anything from those in it's case. Also no additional witnesses can be called other than those already listed.

Bob-yes, we know that is public information as stated in the paper today. How would you know that she was testifying today - what are you M2 or Bruce Glawe??? Ya gotta be someone very close to this.

The witness list is on file at the court house. You can drive over tomorrow and see for yourself that CV is one the witness list for BB . Of course, you would rather whine about something that find about it yourself.
What is the matter BC? Didn't want that news out before Wednesday?
You sure care about CV alot. You might even be CV or a CFO friend.
I guess you don't care that CV is testifying against the SD.

OK- The way I look at this is that this is a SB "board". You can say you spend all the timne in the world at a courthouse - if your a lawyer, should you not be focused on your clients? No you are someway connected to this SB.

Say what you want. You and several other members on this board are the SB. I have seen M2 in action - laptop in hand-not focued on what the people are saying at all. You know way to much information before anyone else. Give it up!

Well your CV so I guess we can have a SB meetiing tomorrow. Oh wait, you are on the stand testifying FOR BB.I hope Ari preps you right.  I just know where the info is. All I do is collect data and pass it on. |

My read is that they did not release the info at the time they were supposed to...Maybe it was a plan by them. However it seems they then tried to use some of that info to support their position. The Judge is not allowing it, so it could end up hurting them.....Too soon to tell, again this may have been the plan by the SB all along. Darn lawyers anyway! |

Am I correct that you're asserting that Bob has to be a member of the SB because it doesn't make sense to you that he would not spend every single moment that he is at the courthouse....what staring at his clients in between sessions? I'm not a lawyer, but the few times I've been at a courthouse there's been a lot of waiting around. Also, if that's your assertion, I don't agree with it. If there was something I was interested in going on down the hall or another floor of the building I worked in, I would certainly pop over to see what was going on. Say what you want.
