Interesting. When I pull it up it is crossed out with the new date of 4/11/08. But why cross it off and put in a new date? Why not totally erase the evidence?
The only way to know is to check with the architects instead of spreading rumors, BTW.

researching I just pulled it up and it's 04/11/2007. Strange. Macy, It did that for me too. You have to clear your internet cookies and history on your computer first. I had emailed the link to my friend in High Meadow and she tipped me off to the change. I sent her the original file that I had saved.

They hire someone who is trained like a Dr. D. to do this: The Delphi Technique is a calculated method some administrators (such as school superintendents), committees (such as a school committee or school building committee), group facilitators and special interest groups (some ballot question groups and less-than-honorable architectural firms) use to achieve "consensus." Through the use of the Delphi Technique and the promotion of an "us" vs "them" mentality among the citizens of a community, dissenting voices are identified, marginalized and discredited and the (often hidden) agendas of various groups and controlling individuals promoted. Here is a link: www.iror.org/delphi.aspMaybe it worked with the Eskimos and the yaa-hoos, but I think us midwesterners are on to him!!! ;D O.K. no wool over your eyes - works for me!

well either way, a full CAD on AME was fully prepared by last Friday, before we knew we were going to buy all of AME, even likely before we knew we were not going to buy MWGEN.
OR a full drawing was done a year ago. Before we knew that we didn't know that we knew we were going to buy all of AME.
Wonder what else BB knows that we don't know.....
Awesome.

Wouldn't this bolster BB's case for the PREIT damages - BB - in good faith - allowed us to talk to PRIET and share retention, some site improvements, etc. We were stringing PREIT along, yeah, we'll help, yeah, we'll help yeah, we can afford it - then BAM - NO DEAL.
If the switch to AME was premeditated (they already had site plans drawn up) then I think the PREIT damages will stick. And those are the BIG ones.

The only way to know is to check with the architects instead of spreading rumors, BTW. Oh sure. I'll check with them. They'll tell me the truth even if it means going against one of their biggest clients. They didn't erase the evidence because that would be to obvious and it would be like admitting their guilt. They have to know that people (like me) would have saved the original. We gave them their alibi right here. Too funny! ;D

Geez - they published the Bridge memo - no doubt they didn't proof this either before they plastered it on their website. Goes to show what happens when you have the wrong people in important positions.
Does anybody really think we have a shot against the BB damages? I am sick to my stomach right now.
All BB has to do is deposition the good reverend and the architechtural firm. Changing the date on the website won't make one darn bit of difference. Except make them look guiltier.

I'm paranoid too. Could this just have been the SB realizing a few months before the verdict that things might not go the way they had hoped and we better have a plan B? Maybe they thought in case the jury would come back at $700K/acre, they better have a fallback? Maybe they did this for all the sites? Just wanted to continue the posturing until the trial played out? Is that against the law? I'm not trying to debate, I'm trying to get reassured from someone!!!!!

They are so obvious. Like erasing the Metea Valley update from July 2007 and leaving up all of the other district wide announcements going back to 2005. Oh, and PUH-LEEZE can someone inform our CIO to take down the documents informing everyone that option 5A will become effective in 2009? www.ipsd.org/parent-portal.aspLook under "FINAL HIGH SCHOOL BOUNDARIES"
