Can the AME pastor run for our school board? He'd have my vote!
I would love to have someone on our board with some common sense business acumen!

District 204's legal counsel has described the Brodie trust's damages claim as "ridiculous," and a "waste of time," and said they "have no basis in law whatsoever. This statement worries me. I hope they are taking this suit seriously. I am curious why Judge Kilander allowed additional time for the Brodie trust to come up with "ridiculous" and "waste of time" motions. Maybe it is his intense dislike of the district and Whitt Law for ridiculously wasting the court's time over the last 4 years. |

So by that reasoning, BB should now be worth $2M or $3M per acre? By most accounts, and BB's own lawsuit against us, the value has DROPPED in this market. Maybe their land is worth less because they are such impossible people to deal with and no one wants to do business with them. I would imagine that's the reputation that our SB has garnered. |

I'm afraid you are right on that one too. I didn't see Calvalry Church rushing to help us out with their 40 acres which are supposedly for sale. Probably don't want to be neighbors with us. The MM and Dash arrogance has cost us greatly. |

Didnn't anyone ever wonder how easily Preitt signed a deal with BB and also was able to leave their deal without being sued over it. ? Seems they're (BB) not impossible to deal with for everyone |
