Drove by it the other day. Beautiful wouldn't be an adjective I would use. My daughter commented that it is very close to the road. It looks like a real hodge podge of structures.

Come on....a treehugger like you and you didn't think it was beautiful ;D? I agree though it does appear to be a hodepodge of structures. At this point, I think it looks UGLY but who knows once it's all done what it will look like. The power lines, train tracks, busy Eola truck traffic, and a future interchange don't do much to mask its appearance though.
