Another question, the SB, on paper has factored in $5M for legal fees for the BB attorneys (up from $4M MM originally said back in September). If I were the BB attorneys and saw a budgeted amount of $5M, what the district is expecting to pay, wouldn't I see that as a minimum, a starting point for negotiating an out of court settlement?
Seems if the district offered me any less, I would just take it to court. And I would think the district would pay a lot to avoid dragging it out further in the papers.
In this situation there are no owners to reign in the attorneys.

In addition to the kids taking the block-schedule classes at NV, some of whom are earning college credit through COD, there are also some seniors who take common classes at Frontier for one period a day as sort of a safety valve for the new building. In addition, I believe there are also some WV students who take classes at Frontier.
