This was an update I received yesterday (9/21) from M2:
The attorneys for the Brach-Brodie estate will conclude their case at around noon today. The district will then put forward their case on Monday and Tuesday of next week.They expect the jury to be instructed and hear closing arguments on Wednesday and he predicts there will be a verdict later that day. In general, he believes the case is going well.
