Lets start a pool.
I say that BB is at least 20% less desirable than the land that sold to Leigh High station because it is not as close to the train station or I88.
It's also less desirabe than the land between Ogden and 75th Steert because it has no frontage on Ogden Avenue.
My guess is that it goes for $190,000 per acre.
