Sorry fellas, have not done screen printing in our business for over a decade. Used to do a lot for the previous suburb that I lived in. Though I have had communication with politicians in this "neck of the woods" and am always more than happy to offer local business folks that can lend a hand.
Doc, that may have been an expensive 50 feet, though when I moved in there was about a $70k difference between 203 and 204.

Doc, that may have been an expensive 50 feet, though when I moved in there was about a $70k difference between 203 and 204. I picked a number from the air at $50K- might be closer to $75-- haven't done houe hunting around here in a while, nor do I have any plans to - I will gone south in the not to distant future. The sad fact is the gap has remained- and the perception actually worsened. after 21 years here- the ACT gap has remained / the house value gap has remained / somehow my house moved from the middle of the district to the north in a tremor one night - and taxes even though we were really built out a number of years ago- and as a district we're further in debt than ever. 204 is a poster child for what happened to the economy in this country - people spending what they did not have- on what they did not need.
