Got it. Wow is that sucker gonna be big. Sad to see the football field and school parking lot. I hope businesses realize it is going to be somewhere else.

Something that massive (Preit pic of proposal) will take many years to develop.

Did anyone notice that on page 3, I think, of that document, lower right corner in a parking table, it says Wal-Mart.

I don't see the Walmart except for the location of the Walmart already on route 59. I did notice 72000 square feet of residential property on 4 stories (60 DU=60 dwelling units) and a 3 story parking garage.

Lifestyle Mall is now a Super Wal-Mart?
It looks like they seperated the Wal-Mart from the rest of the mall.

You can tell the change because the ink is different between the Walmart and the rest of it.
One would never seen the HS from 59.

Another bank???
Are you kidding me? Just what we need, it's hard to drive 100 meters without hitting another bank.
We need more restaurants not banks. Specifically, Portillo's needs to expand their base throughout Aurora and Naperville.
That would make me happy.

Yep - there's a whole lot of shoppers not going to be there 5 days a week - for a lifestyle mall those HS kids have to be a part of those demographics they are touting on the first page --

Not to be a jerk here, but regardless of a high school placed at that site, its a huge retail draw. ETA: So name the "acceptable" retailers that could be placed at that site that 204 residents would shop? Bob, what do you mean by the football field and parking lot? Wasn't the PREIT acreage already purchased and had nothing to do with the 55 we needed? Confused.

ETA: So name the "acceptable" retailers that could be placed at that site that 204 residents would shop? Make it a medical mega park where everyone refers people in-campus
