looking at those numbers, there may not be much room for balancing as without weighting by number of students the median score would be 52%, one school about dead on, the other two do have a large gap though-- but makes one appreciate WV and NV even more.

Yes - that is why I have a hard time understanding the big to-do about the achievement balancing issue

it's all perspective.......we have really been spoiled here with have excellent schools overall
