tip of the hat to Proboards 92 where this is taken directly from, and it involves on person's opinion on how this part of the dicussion went. I do not want to misquote anything so anyone can check it out for themselves.

"6. Hill PTA wants to know what is the backup plan if MV doesn't open?

Why wouldn't it open? Nothing outside of disaster would prevent it. Everything is going as it should. Someone asks about the lawsuit. He says the lawsuit is being played out in the paper, he won't play. These are just threats, it is no real threat. Someone asks about co-counsel, and whether the person will be an environmental attorney. Yes, the district is employing co-counsel. Will it be an environmental atty? Probably yes, but that's up to the SB. "


first off as a member of Hill PTSA - thank you to them for asking the question - obviously it sounds like it created some flap, but is a very fair question.

So it appears Plan B - None
( even though the obstacles are mounting - don't worry)

Appears to have been basically dismissal of a local shool orgs concern.

Why would they need a plan B. I hear Stuart Whitt has a way-forward machine and knows the outcome of every student that will ever attend Metea.

"The school has never jeopardized students' health and safety and never will," Whitt said.

These are the people giving Daescher and the board advice.

That is a pretty accurate assessment of what was addressed at the IPPC meeting. Anything negative you are hearing is just propoganda you read in the papers. Everything is just fine and moving along smoothly. Wow, I feel so much better.

You had indicated interest in distributing fliers on behalf of NSFOC. Well here is your opportunity!

Please note the next public meeting for NSFOC is on Tuesday, 3/25/08 at 7 PM, at the Naperville VFW Hall at 908 West Jackson downtown on the street just north of the riverfront park. It will be an important meeting to attend if you support the efforts of the NSFOC. Space will be limited so please get there by 6:30 PM.

We need further help and would greatly appreciate your efforts to copy and distribute the fliers door to door. A group will meet tomorrow, March 22nd, at Krispy Kreme near Home depot north of 75th between noon and 1:00 to distribute fliers for those who are unable to make copies.

Please email [e-mail] as to where you plan to distribute fliers to eliminate double coverage of areas. Some other suggested distribution areas are coffee shops, busy restaurants, drug stores, on cars in parking lots (the most efficient way), etc.
