All of this CFO chit chat has reminded me - do they have to disclose when and how their loans from individuals get paid off? Who would donate money to pay off the loans?
I just checked their filings, and the last report was filed on 3/20- in kind donations for the hearing from Ari Rosenthal.
Does anyone know if the loans from Paul White could have been paid off with the 'King Development and Construction' donations without filing any additional paperwork?

This, I fear is in the same vein as asking: "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?"
The world may never know.
