"Sometimes I am still amazed that people don't understand what the Internet can really do to a campaign. We have two groups that put out fliers stating their case. And, both groups frequent this board. Do they really think that people won't call out a misrepresented picture or a outright lie about school funding?
The picture from the Kids204's flyer: Why would Kids204 even chance it? Is it too hard to go to NV and take a picture? Well now AE has explained why no real NV picture could be used. (thanks AE for making me rewrite my rant)
With CFO, IMO this is a much bigger lie and more disgusting. Honestly, do they think this board wasn't going to check that flyer out for the truth? Now, CFO might say that the SD lied to me how the state funding work but who really is going to know how educational funding works?

Not sure if this is the right place to put this (move at will)but what is so great about this board, I feel, is that it is on balance. Unless you post extreme disparaging remarks I think people feel free to post their opinions which usually follows up with a great, interesting discussion. Are most of us in favor of the referendum...yup...but I also think we are very tolerant and open to the differing points of view. I'm going to miss all you people I don't know when this is over.
