So at 11.2% I guess I still look like the winner ( loser ) here. Well see what happens if the new HS goes in somewhere (dependent on site since don't know which 4 in play) 2 zip codes from my home. That'll be quite the selling feature. I'll try selling the 'bus trip' - as a positive - you know like Gray Line Tours does. See all those HS schools on the way -- none good enough ! Let's see how many states we can count on license plates on the way there..all good. still hoping for a BB miracle somehow.

I'll be honest, with the ES next door and the MS/HS/Pace bus stops right on the corner, it really did seal the deal versus a house in Ashbury we were looking at on Falkner Dr.

Work the bridge and box wine into that diddy Arch, and you'll have a winner. I heard they were cutting the Pace routes Nov 1st, is that true? Of course at rt 59, that means going from 2 pathetically planned underserving routes to one
