Poof 2) BB damages lawsuit(s) will disappear. Poof Land is acquired and Transportation costs actually GO DOWN at least 9% PER YEAR per BG's 5A statistics. |

Personal opinion: This district is out gunned and many are pointed at its head ready to fire in a turkey shoot if it does not go back and buy BB.
If it does anything else with land elsewhere we will be financially SUNK and the 3rd HS will be dead in the water along with everyone's kid's educational future.
From my understanding, both B and B were going to be filing separately against us. Based on our last encounter I hold the District's chances at 0 for coming through this with any financial life left.
Just buy the BB land, get this all behind us and move forward. It is the responsible thing to do to ensure the district's financial safety as well as our children's educational opportunities moving forward.

I think they are being closely watched before the action starts. If they continue down their path on Monday, the game will begin for SB members and administrators who overstep their authority.  |

Let's ask if we can get rid of damage to the remainder and the right to sell any portion of the land as we please. Then we can seel the 75th Street frontage is we can spare it. |
