Dr. D said he had a contract at the meeting. The timeline said mass grading was to have started already. Didn't the contingencies on the contracts say they had to take title of the AME AND the MWG land? The original motions for the contracts, yes. Both.

According to some claiming to be 'in the know' the land contract with AME is signed. If true, there should be an announcement pending. How could that be? I thought the church just offered the land last Friday and the SB just voted it in on Monday. How would all of the documents needed be in order that quickly? Since the land survey was done on 4/11/2007, I'm sure they were ready, set and go for this closing.

Well, it will be interesting if the Brodie suit Count #2 sticks, and we can't use ref funds to buy the AME land. If this is true - how does that affect this deal? What "funds" do they use? Would AME have to give the money back?
