I got rid of my previous post, but I'll continue to dive in. . .
Looking at the Illinois State Bar website, as near as I can tell, the the interview with Judge Popejoy was published in 2000.
Do you really think this judge remembers being interviewed eight years ago?
Kelly Scotti also interviewed Chief Justice Robert Thomas, of the Illinois Supreme Court in 2006.
I'm imagining the pitch to the SD:
"The reason you should hire me, is that my wife interviewed Judge Popejoy in 2000, and if this ever gets to the Illinois Supreme Court, she also interviewed Chief Justice Thomas a couple of years ago."

I do not see the fact that Kelly Scotti interviewed Judge Popejoy as a conflict whatsoever...
I am more interested in the "hit list". Is this published somewhere??

Sometimes Chief Justice Thomas joins us." ;D

I believe there certainly would. Yes, people are looking for needles in haystacks everywhere based on the large number of half - truth's / mistruths they've been fed. No one cast any dispersion of Judge Popejoy - all I have read is exactly what others are saying, an excellent reputation

Macy...from Dr. Who earlier this morning:
Same group who tried to find a link between Shawn Collins and Mr Helm -- I read those posts also with the entire ' hit list' of trying to find dirt on a listing of people.
I have heard or seen references to this list quite a few times in the last few weeks, but have never been able to find it. Just curious to see who has been targeted..

Again, the straw-man conspiracy argument.

The school district knew this all along, and it was a setup to build a school on the far north side from the beginning!
