From IPSD news
As you may have read, there is a delay in releasing State of Illinois Report Cards for school districts and individual schools. These reports contain data from the standardized tests administered last spring and are not part of student report cards. Due to a delay from the state's test contractor, the Illinois State Board of Education is still in the data verification phase. At this point, we do not know when that process will be completed. The state is projecting that information will be released in late December or early January. Once the reports are released, we will post the district's and each individual school's report on our website. We will let parents know as soon as that information is available.

It's inexcusable that the results were not available earlier.
So if a student has a defiency in the third grade the test will find it and you will learn about it in the middle of the fourth grade. What good is that?
I think the test was a waste of time.
