This company owns the crude oil pipeline out by the railroad tracks.
From my understanding, this ruling says a pipeline company can work within its easement and the property owner basically can not do anything about it... they can even install a new pipeline in there.
How would that go over in the future if Kinder Morgan decides they need to increase their natural gas capacity by putting in a new pipeline through the middle of MVHS ?
That would include excavating next to active large pipelines if that were to transpire.
