When we had our sub division meeting this weekend. These are small affairs when you have 44 homes  Someone at the end talked about how no matter what the outcome the fact we were all in the same room being involved in what the community was doing and cared about the children were doing.. we were better for it.. and I know it sounds cheesy, etc. but I am going to put my keyboard down right there until after the meeting. See ya all there! |

Too bad HBO wasn't closer to this-- might have been a PPV byw - for anyone who still doesn't believe Owen would be fixed tonight let me post 2 sets of numbers - you decide which on looks more accurate. this one is the number of students in the ES feeders ( adjusting for all rcommended changes as printed) - MV 4285 WV 4043 NV 4917 ( remember roughly 2/3 of these will be the right nimber for HS from each) now lets move Owen East ( about 40 8th graders per year to HS so 240 total in ES. MV 4045 -- 2698 WV 4043 -- 2697 NV 5157 -- 3439 so ... form your own conclusions |

I don't want to see you get kicked in the groin. HOWEVER! As a Owen Easter I would be very happy at either Waubonsie OR Neuqua. On a personal note.. for my children it won't matter. My youngest will finish out at Waubonsie (which will be horribly overcrowded with the closing of the freshman center) |

One of the Watts speakers just left- they are not letting people sign up other speakers and the call we got said they were lined up in the hall and down the stairs before they signed up-- okay just signed up speaker 45 -- if they limit to 100 - half way there I wish I had the pitchfork and torch concession -- |

Mrs. AE is trying to park and there are no spots left. The police are there to guarantee that nobody double parks.
She says that she has never seen this kind of turnout at any of the previous meetings...over 500 people she estimates.
