I just want to take the opportunity to welcome back veterans of the board and also extend a welcome to any new guests and old guests who have not yet created an account and participated.
We have a wealth of posters from all around the district and would like many many more. Everyone is free to share their insight, opinions, kudos, complaints, and basically whatever you feel here.
Sometimes things can get very opinionated in the discussions but I feel that is what makes for great sharing of information and points of view. It's a part of life and I thank everyone for sharing their time and experiences here via participation. Everyone and every area matters in this District because together, we make up the whole.

What did you do today to be stricken Mr. Arch? Well, it all started in a galaxy far far away... earlier today in a SB candidate thread... At about page 5, there were 'warnings' to another poster about being off track on a topic that actually started to go off track by page 2... So, I posted a commentary about this and the origins of the off-track tangent; then decided to actually put these observations in the appropriate 'general/off topic - You can talk about anything' section with a new thread that looked like this (PDF printout of the thread that 'earned me' a ban). winsome.cnchost.com/204/SNPTAPRZBS.pdf |

There certainly are more than 3 contrarians....not that that is a bad thing. We have people who disagree all the time here, I think that's a good thing. Amazing what one can learn sometimes when someone questions you hard - I know I have over the last few years... |

Unreal. But not completely surprised my the ongoing limitations of the Green Board. Unless you get in line and agree completely with the 3-4 dominate bloggers on there, its lights out. Sometimes banging your head against the wall gets old. I have told you and Doc a few times in the past that I appreciate your approach and fact based communication.

Now, I know I throw my opinion around a lot too but I do try to support WHY I have that opinion with all the facts on the table and I'm not opposed to changing said opinion in light of new facts or new found perspectives. |
