I am taking this post from green - with good intentions here - so hopefully that is understood.
This is an excellent cause and I plan on partaking at lunch time -
as 204 residents and parents we can help out here - please consider
---------------------------------------------------------------
On Wednesday, Jan. 21, Meatheads Restaurant, located on 75th St. in front of Whole Foods, is hosting an IPSN PTA benefit day. 10% of the proceeds from THE ENTIRE DAY'S DINING will go to IPSN PTA. If you haven't tried this place yet, this is your opportunity! It has become my son's new favorite restaurant for burgers and fries. They basically do burgers and fries, but they have a variety of toppings to create your special burger. Their fries are homemade and you can get them regular or our new personal favorite, cajun fries with cheese sauce for dipping! For the kids, they have kids' meals with a burger, hot dog, grilled cheese, just to name a few. Their hand-dipped shakes are pretty good, too!
Be sure to tell them you are dining for the Indian Prairie Special Needs PTA and they will give us credit for the purchase.
Thanks for your support. Hope to see you there!
