Dr Who, let me ask, does this mean student teacher ratio? Could this reflect special needs or GAP? PA teachers in the mix? ie those teachers are there but do not reduce a given class size??

Yes likely reflects all of that - it is just a straight ratio from the Sun Times review of all state schools - the Special Ed likely accounts for why our student to teacher ratio is lower than many, but class sizes vary. |
