I'll bring the Twizzlers. ;D Be there on the 13th when they vote not to ratify the teachers contract - thus begins one more split for Tim Waldorf to write about... save a few schekels - spend $10M on expedite costs- yep the SB is the taxpayers friend.. I'll bring the Ju Ju Bees ( if I can still find those ) Now that made me laugh out loud!!!!! Jujubees were my favorite. Those little hard things took forever to melt in your mouth. Money for the teachers? Oh no, they would rather pay for turf or cement that they had not planned for properly.

Personally, I thought there was ample PTA representation on the SB before April 7th. What we were sorely lacking was financial experience. Now, it seems like we may have to pay for the experience we could have gotten for free. I completely agree. I would have like to have seen at least two people voted in that had a really strong financial background. I was really hoping for a more diverse group of people joining the SB. I did vote for DeStart becasue she has a background in communications. I am hoping that she will help establish a better way for the SB to communicate with the community. I did not vote for anybody else that was elected to the SB.
