her delivery needs a little work... eh? Yup, certainly needed more practice. I wonder how long she had to practice the talking points that she was most likely given. At least it appears she shows the 'lock step' march required that seems to be the unfortunate local defacto standard for the organization. She almost had the venom (that seems to be a PTA president requirement {or just a bad habit} nowadays for anyone located north of 75th street) covered up, but not quite good enough.

her delivery needs a little work... eh? delivery not the issue - plenty of people not good public speakers - but you gotta love someone who unless I miss my guess is not a local or federal environmental engineer - who mocks those who have real concerns based on real facts - based on either A / a misguided sense of well being or most likely and worse yet B/ a neat little script given to her by those who don't care even a lick anyway

--------------------------------- re: laura evans, running for IPPC Secretary. is SARCASM one of the traits necessary for the position? she's a shoo-in! hopefully, she has calmed her demeanor to be a leader for the whole district!?? or will she put sarcastic 'notes' in her minutes? (edited to add 'secretary' & sarcastic 'notes') (ed spelling)
