Here is the FY2009 TransportationClaimsDetail which is the last year, for comparison purposes, with the change to 3 HSs. One could now start looking at contractual payments to FirstService to see how that compares with the reported totals to get some idea as to whether we are spending more or less currently. Of course you would have to allow for what appears to be some shift of certain areas to walker status to get the best picture.
