If I had any photoshopping skills, I would place a Garage Sale Sign on a NV picture. Here you go.

If I was running a newspaper, that picture would be on the front page of tomorrow's edition.
We should e-mail the SB with that picture and asking for computers, desks.... I think I will ask for HC's desk since he won't be needing it in a few months.

I'm not WVHS, but I hope you'll allow me to answer this (I looked it up)and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but : 1. Burglary is a felony. At least in this town, if you go into someone's open garage and steal a coke (or other beverage) from said garage, you will have committed a felony. 2. Grand theft is also a felony. The dollar amount constituting grand theft can be set by a jurisdiction. I believe in that in Naperville, it is actually quite low. 3. Vandalism is also a felony. The perps of the bell stealing committed all three. One can always plead down the Felony charges: findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4155/is_20060930/ai_n16762568Yes you are right on felonies...also added "state supported property" ups the ante further. Pretty much in all the counties around here felony charges must be approved by the State's Attorney Office. After all they are politicians who need to keep their conviction rates high. However as reported in the bell case; The only evidence is the admissions by the alledged perpetrators, no physical evidence. Approval Highly unlikely. The other reported "Prank case" at NVHS included eyewitnesses, video and other physical evidence. Hence felony approval.
