I'm curious where the conclusion that elementary school enrollment is down is coming from. Also, are we really starting to look at MS and ES boundaries now? I wasn't aware of that. In any case, the taxpayers are "stuck" with this because it's what the taxpayers voted for

Third high school will never be needed
I understand that District 204 is starting to look at scenarios to redraw the boundaries for all the elementary and middle schools.
If elementary school enrollment is down, where are all the students going to come from for the third high school? Explain to me again why taxpayers are going to get stuck with a bill for $300 million in principal and interest to build a third high school that will never be needed.
