I just noticed this but the aerial image of proposed Metea Valley site on the school website shows the athletic fields on land that WVHS Parent disovered belongs to Calvary Church.

Is this a change or a misprint?

IMHO it is just a concept drawing, which is off a bit...Call it artistic license.

Per both DuPage County G.I.S. Maps and Plats and Naperville Twp Assessor's. That parcel is the Church's

Here's a thought.

Buy the 40 acres south of the 25 we already own from Calavary Church for $300,000 per acre.

Buy an additional 10-15 acres from BB for $500,000 per acre in lieu paying BB's attorney fees.

Heh, pay the GFY fees and leave BB alone, do the transaction like above and share the retention work cost w/ the church. That would be a very good public gesture of goodwill for them
