That's interesting. So it was not the intention to split elementary schhols as much as reassign grade school boundaries. I wish they were more clear about that.

I am assuming that the Timber Ridge subdivison will move from Builta to Patterson eventually and Kinoch will go to Springbrook

If Patterson can handle the overflow of Builta, that shows that there is a decline in enrollment in an area that has always had a ton of kids.

Patterson can't even handle the kids from the 50 new homes in the final phase of Ashbury along 95th St. They're currently being sent to Clow.
There's also a new development on a small piece of land on Naperville-Plainfield Rd. just south of Hamlet with about 30 more townhouses. I don't know the details on this one. Hopefully (but not likely) it will be for adults only.

The area is just getting older. A few years ago, Patterson had to send their kindergartners to Builta for a couple of years. Now they are back. Definite decline at this school.

I think that's way to many for K-3. I know Arch, the fire code allows more than that.

Did you ever think they are not using all the classrooms that are available? The kids have survived with well over 783 students in that building.

I think I am going to go over to Fairways of Augusta and see how many lots they have left.
I lalso think there are lot of new houses north of Builta south of Boughton that I don't usually see.
That whole area is confusing because I don't know the street that is the border of 204.
