You won't find the below information on page 1 of the recent budget pdf (on the homepage of the city)

If you look at the line item "Unfunded Accrued Liability," underlined near the bottom, you will see, over a rolling three year period starting less than a decade ago, that the unfunded liability has grown approximately 1270%. It now exceeds the yearly operating budget of Naperville.
This is just one example of the growth of the massive unfunded liabilities at the municipal, county, state and federal government.
