sure, why not - met the 3 year requirement to get a nice Illinois pension, now move on to another socialist state to fleece their taxpayers.
Some people collect stamps, others pensions. It's a good dig if you can get it (and complete bull in my book).
Pick a pension, and pension - you get 1. It's 1 more than most people.

Cannot help but wonder what the real story is. Why is he leaving after 3 years. I have no idea but I can say this I'd think anyone coming from outside the area whether it be a principal or superintendent, etc. would be quite surprised at the environment around Naperville. Parents are educated, concerned, involved and maybe even perceived as being a little too involved. Many are willing to sit down and shut up but there are many who refuse to do so.
I would not think this would be an easy place to start anew. I'll never forget when Dr. D. tried his "gee whiz country bumpkin routine" around here - it didn't go over too big. That and his rant "never in all my years of working have I met agroup of more entitled parents" (remember that when he preceded to trash the whole TG/WE community). What a classic. I'm sure he shares that story quite a bit. Why is it there are so many goofballs in education administration? These persons would NEVER survive in the business world that is for sure.
Mitrovich never really got off on the right foot. There were many who never trusted him from the get-go (you know with his mail order Masters degree ;D). Curious to see who 203 will get to lead them in the future.
