Who wants to start a pool to see what we get back for 25 mostly unbuildable acres at BB site --
spent $257,500 per acre ( when conventional wisdom said 160-184K)- but we didn't get an appraisal on that land or the other 55 acres we bid the same amount on.
add the loss to the final cost of MVHS fans --
whew glad we built it though - heard it's bursting at the seams with kids ( nevermind that hundreds are from Chicago and there's room to add another middle school worth that we'll never see )
