Where is the new HS going?

There are two sites up there. The Com ED site is being removed as well? That is the huge one you see from Diehl. That would be good news.

I am reading this from their report = Diff as Compared to St Johns 13,055,550.

I guess one could ask at the next SB meeting if they have any offers on the land....or maybe BB is taking it back..

This seems so much like bait & switch. Wait until the new boundaries are released - AFTER they vote to approve the site. What about all those kids who voted on their new mascot, colors etc.... to make it their own? So they won't be going to the new school?

Seeing as it is not where they are going to build anything anyway. They can work on the building and facilities while Midwest Gen works on it's part.

Change of plans, yes. Bait and switch? No. Why? AME was not the original choice or the desired place.

WVHS P, I am glad you are willing to acdcept the report at face value. I happen to read the values. I told you I am happy to grant them the sales price of the land as savings as long as they have a sales contract in hand or BB has agreed in writing to take it back. Perhaps that was the info they were waiting on.

I want it spelled out clearly, no more guessing.

I am really disappointed, all this upheaval and more delay for not very substantial savings.

I guessed it was the case from the beginning, but now no more guessing.

I was hoping I would be convinced otherwise, but it is even more clear to me now that they should have bought BB in Sept and started digging.

maybe they can get the same jury that set the land price
