Our pipeline analysis posted by Dash yesterday was done by Kinder-Morgan, the owner of the Natural Gas pipeline on the site.

Do we trust them to do our analysis for us, and have 1 guy on site during construction to make sure the pipe is not damaged, and will 2 feet of soil do anything to protect us from damaging the 6 different pipelines during construction? Or are we going to have 6 guys each watching their one pipe?
Well......during my relative lawyer's excellent research on the lawsuit on another thread, he sent me all sort of links for related cases, including one I am going to post here...and guess what company's name came up again? KINDER MORGAN.
The Fallon leukemia cluster in Fallon, NV has a Kinder Morgan jet fuel pipeline running directly underneath the town and very near all of the houses where the cluster exists.
Here are the details:

It also talks about the relationship to the Sierra Vista, AZ cluster which I mentioned on another thread. Because of the denial by local and federal officials and Kinder Morgan, an unfortunate father with a sick child even tried to find some answers by paying his own expenses in trying to analyze the similarities between both sites and their relationship with jet fuel exposure and the cancer.
but guess what...Kinder Morgan and Federal Officials say that the pipeline has nothing to do with the problem.....
Officials clear pipeline:

including this passage:
The pipeline has carried jet fuel to the Fallon Naval Air Station base since 1957. Since 1993, it has carried JP-8 fuel, which recent scientific studies on rats have linked to lung, kidney, liver and DNA damage as well as suppression of the immune system. The line originates in the Bay area and travels 200 miles to Sparks, then 63 miles to the base.
The pipeline comes within a third of a mile of the residences or former residences of most of the 15 leukemia patients.
In May 2001, a Reno Gazette-Journal investigation of the final 15 miles of pipeline revealed that above-ground venting pipes, warning signs and electronic testing stations were in disrepair.
Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LLC, the pipeline owner, later repaired the damage but said the pipeline itself has never leaked and is in excellent condition. The firm says its safety precautions meet or exceed those required by federal law.
In June, state officials inspected the surface of the pipeline’s route through Fallon and said they saw no signs of leaks. Kinder Morgan also hired a survey firm which pumped a tracer chemical through the line and pronounced it intact.
Kinder Morgan officials have said all but about 10 miles of the 63-mile pipeline is original.
“We routinely replace pipe for various reasons. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the integrity of the pipe,” said Eugene G. Braithwait, director of operations for Kinder Morgan. “There were no leaks in that pipe. The officials tonight reported what we already know.”
Since we have 6 pipelines underneath the MWGEN site, aren't we playing Russian roulette with 6 loaded chambers. Besides risking the leak and explosion, what about the slow leaks of toxic chemicals into the soil, even after remediation. I'm sure they can get some samples to say it is clean, but even the reps at the meeting said they leak from time to time and need to be repaired during their inspections.
How in the hell are they going to repair a pipe underneath the school after it is built? How will they even inspect it?
Finally, As JB said on another thread, California law states that no school may be built over a pipeline. (except for a small one that is solely supplying the school its gas). There is a REASON FOR THAT LAW!!!!!!!!!
I am not feeling too good after reading these articles.
