As MM would say, "Give me a M&**(^ F&*()& break!" Poor CV and CB is they are stuck with a new SB of rubber stampers. I will definately get season tickets to the puppet show. More than likely after a few shows I will throw the rest of my tickets in the trash.  |

Im a changed man. look at the voter splits as Arch suggested. SOmething is very very wrong. Now I see why M2 has stayed in power so long. North and Dupage votes. South and Will are apathetic and do not care. We get what we deserve. Hold onto your pocket books.

If the south wants representation they better learn to show up at the polls and vote. Why, North won't vote for anyone but there own? Now how does that come across. Look at the Will County spread. The vote for you neighbor mentality is just ridiculous. I will say that my friends in North did give me accurate information over the last few weeks. This is playing out exactly the way they said it would. And as I told many of them, one member of the unofficial slate would get ousted by CV. And low and behold I was right.......sorry MR. I was hoping the ousted one would be Piehl or Rasmus. |

Dawn is from the south. I was surprised when the Metzger slate picked her for the fourth as she's been critical of him. I think she'll do a good job, not a rubber stamper.

The way I see it is if that those that voted did so based on the merit of the candidates. Not based on an agenda or where he/she lives. That is how it should be. |

But we shall see. But again, instead of seeing votes of 7-0, 6-1 and once in a blue moon a 5-2, the best we can hope for is a 4-3. RESULT? The same BS. I hope they don't plan any refs anytime soon. No way that will pass. It is one thing to put these people in office, but another to vote YES to more $$$ out of our pockets. Let's see how happy George Vickers is with the new regime. |

Yes. Also think division in district does not matter since Will is too apethetic to vote and also (like me) did not vote in great numbers for the "local" candidates. Sure seems Sue and Cathy got all the vote from the north and Dupage. MR tried very hard to run for the ENTIRE district and get away from all the hate messages. In retrospect, looks like he should have embraced the hate and the help from that group. he probably would have won a spot that way.
I am now gong to dinner and am going to drink heavily and check back in about 90 minutes from now. hopefully a miracle will happen and I will see MR in the top 4 and see Sue and Cathy in 5/6 places
