Silly Casey.... Who cares what it is worth??? They have it all figured out and didn't have to do any more 'work'. It is BB, who cares about the taxpayers money...They are in charge  Hey. I am just exploring the options. I wasn't talking about BB anyway; I was talking about land the school district owns, land that Calavry Church owns and maybe land that BB has sold to PREIT. What's it worth? Less than $500,000 per acre I am sure. Let's see what they want for it. According to court documents PREIT paid 566k/acre for their parcel. for which I commented I don't know how BB could get "damages to the remainder" when they got even more for it than verdict. |

We know that BB won't be interested in selling us a small portion because they want us to take it all for the price they are getting. Do you think PRIET wants to be next to a high school like Metea. You bet they do. High school students spend money like nuts and there parents shop in areas that they know. 95th and Route 59 was nothing before NV was built. I am excited about the prospect of placing the high school next to Calvary. I hope it works. I bet BB sells for under $200K per acre if if the school district backs out. |

This is the first time I have read this thread and I nearly choked when I saw Mark Spangler's name. I know Spangler well and he is a very shady individual. He has two boys who are on NVs wrestling team and he does live in #204. One of my boys was a member of the Fox Valley Wrestling club which Spangler ran for a number of years. Thoughout the Chicago wrestling community he was hated because of his underhanded dealings. I can tell you the guy is a very unsavory individual. What ever he is doing it is about money and nothing else. He could care less about the kids that are affected since his kids are all older.

Scar- I know him as well and I don't agree at all. How can you guys live with yourselves at the comments you make regarding people in the private sector? If he wanted to do this for what he belives- so be it. Making this board an attack on his family is a low blow.

I don't know him from Adam but I agree with you. Posting information attacking his family is just wrong. It makes me sick and this seems so evil. If this guy, Spangler, spent his money on a lobbyist supporting QT and BB would anyone be commenting? I doubt it!

Let's see, He has 2 boys at NVHS and they are on the wrestling team......and he had dealings with a Private wrestling club. All somewhat public info IMHO. We did not ID him...Jenco at DH did. So far no attack that I see. That he is a land investor with questionable motives. Again Public info via Google - www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22mark+spangler%22+and+NapervilleAgain no attack. Figuring out his motives? Isn't that what we are doing for just about everyone here? You all know my motivations...I hide nothing. Deal with it!!!!!
