And that means what, since we use it, we should send our children to school there? We need landfills too, wouldn't live next to one of those either. This response is so telling and exemplifies what Americans are all about. 'I want everything great for me and mine...let someone else deal with the bad, even though I am the problem.' Harry, do you wash your hands at work before coming home from dealing with sick patients? Why don't you leave all those germs on your hands and clothing? How come you don't want them constantly in your life?

Harry, you use petrochemicals. Go live next to a refinery. You use electricity too. Go live down in Braidwood or out in Byron where some of your power might come from. You're under no obligation to do that the same as I am under no obligation to live near a substation or send my kids to a place next to one for multiple hours a day. Your arguement seems to fit your boundaries nicely. ;D ...Since it was 'ok' with you to send your kids to hill cause it was only for 3 years.....what kind of logic is that??

Hill was already built. 3 years is limited and better compared to 7 with 4 having the added benefit of a substation too.

Harry, I thought in the AC thread you took the stance that people need to take on their own responsibility to limit exposure to allergens. Now you seem to have flip flopped and think that if people take on their own responsibility to limit their kid's exposure to EMF that it's all of a sudden a bad thing.
This is more telling that you just like to be antagonistic for the sake of being antagonistic without any real direction or purpose or even continuity.

Off topic,,but I will answer Thats another fear-based concept distorted by drug companies to prescribe meds when not needed and and by any corporation who sells 'antibacterial' anything. Now we face, amongst other issues, MRSA due to over doping and over sterilization. Back on topic Boundaries will change

I haven't changed my stance, just shedding light on the fact that you are using the substations to keep your boundary safe but exposed your kids to EMF's cause 3 years is ok... Will you move if your boundaries change or will you go private??

If the new school gets built near a substation and our area is told to go there w/ that substation nearby, I will most likely move. If the school is not near a station, I will put them on the bus, wherever that takes them.

Well I guess you missed prior posts with those jockeying to keep their current boundaries. I laughed so hard when I first saw the "Boundaries if we leave BB" thread. There are numerous posts where a few of us have ALWAYS maintained that boundaries will change and then vehemently opposed by most of the posters. Now said posters want to change the boundaries...always but always to suit themselves and not the community.

I have the right to move anytime I desire to. Why do you seem to have a problem with that concept?

Not even after using the toilet? Do you not shower on non-work days? They're just germs.....
