hope this helps, some. The last page shows sport try-out dates. The fall sports tryouts are Aug 12. I think those dates are set by IHSA.

Thanks for the information. It's great to have actual dates for some of the sports.

Although the majority of activities listed have late tryouts, there are some tryouts this spring and football did already have an informational meeting for the fall of 2009. www.ipsd.org/newsevents/news_item_detail.asp?id=22476&SchoolID=WVHS
