That made my night! Didn't you see the kitten picture of the site on the NSFOCfraud website? I saw it. It was right after the instructions on how to cheat the sun poll on the lawsuit.

Didn't anyone else see that?

I can not from here, but my eyeballing the PDF map and this superimposed map puts them directly off the east side of the building under the close practice fields and continue running up just east of the athletic stadium.

A failure on any one of them will have the same effect as a benign tea-light, right?

Oh I know that - it's an easy one. You have a meeting in Stonebridge before you announce the site to the general public and tell them to rally the troops to send positive feedback to the board. And if anyone asks, you tell them that it was a meeting to discuss using the golf course.

From what I know, that meeting in Stonebridge, nobody really came although it was broadcast to the biggest bulk email the HOA of Stonebridge had (swim team bulk email).

But, nobody should be concerned over that private meeting with two board members about the site prior to the vote.

It was nothing, really... nothing.

Why be concerned if nobody came? Really, why be concerned if a certain area had the priviledge of a special board meeting? From what I've heard, nobody came. It was only attended by seven people so there is no cause for concern.

Really, nothing... don't worry about it!

Honestly, did two board members really meet with residents of a certain community prior to the vote on the site for Metea?

I've already heard multiple accounts that state this meeting took place.

I simply can't believe it to be true. WOW!

what if MWGEN becomes insolvent in today's economy ? like Wickes / Sharper Image and other places on the verge ?

Also I beliee I read here there are some loopholes in this -- but I will let someone with better knowledge than me address - rather than speculate.

That is a great question that I hope gets answered.

I thought we had hired the company providing the Phase I and II results as there were many statements to that effect. Now I find out that MWGEN is paying for the tests and someone isn't allowing the board to share the results. If we hired the people to do the tests, don't the results belong to us?

Arch, I just wanted to thank you for the visual. Even I did not realize how big the school was actually going to be. The tennis courts seem to be right over the tank. Didn't they say that the tennis courts were clear? They found no contamination there? The samples were from the retention pond will be; weren't they?
