Welcome Back Eagle - Going to answer my question? BC if your question was why did it take til Jan for the offer to become known...That is what we all would love to know. The SB is not saying. Most of us are peeved about that too. I hope I am not assuming too much for the group.... I am still not sure on that one. They are in the middle of the court stuff with BB. I don't know how much that factored into the decision to not go public.

So, why did they not donate this time around? Since you were so involved in the process? Macom was mad at their development being put in the WVHS boundary. That is the only thing that changed between 05 and 06. That would actually be news to me. Truly, I don't know why they didn't contibute. But after giving 10K the year before when a different (much less info) referendum didn't pass, I can understand.

That's the best you can come up with? Because the last one did not pass? Give me a break. Something came down between Macom and the SB.

I'll bet that was a heated meeting between Macom and the SB. Sorry-something is just not right here - not sure what it is. For all these years you have developers and builder donating to campaigns then poof their gone? You may be confusing the SB with the PAC (204theKids). They are very different and not connected at all.

BC, you seem to write that 204TK and the SB are one in the same but they are not.

OK-whatever-PAC,SB the question still remains. Why would they pull their donation this time around when they have been so supportive in past referendums?

Maybe he did not donate cuz he was not selling as many homes and therefore no money to donate.
This is pure speculation on my part....not based on any fact at all...
Maybe someone could ask Lehman why.....

Just how do you expect anyone here to know the answer to that question? Shouldn't you just email the Macom corporation. They have a website.

As I stated before that it is speculation based on fact that they supported every referendum until the last one. The only difference between 05's ref and 06's ref, 05 they supported 06 they didn't, is that their land went to WVHS in the 06 boundary determination.
