But I would add I think we all need to pay attention to all the facts, myself included....

you and I can be called out very quickly here if our facts are questionable - his unfortunately reach a large audience, most of which are relying on the Sun for their news ( God help them ) -
He chose to make statements no one can back up --i.e. Everyone in Naperville wants to go to NV. Now maybe in his neighborhood that is true- but he may want to get out a little more --

I sent my opinions to him - I believe he now knows that maybe that isn't true and that Springbrook does not speak for all of Naperville.

...all with their own reasons.. now the SB has given more people more reasons. The district still gets the tax money without a child in the system, so no one else should ever put down someone else's decision to do so.

IIRC, there was the threat of a lawsuit during the first set of boundary meetings. And, I believe that it was implied, if not explicity stated by someone at the Tuesday meeting - something about putting a stop to this - followed by high fives from his entourage.

Indeed - because it is a truly excellent school - ( and happens to be closer to my home than any 204 HS except NV ( and that's only .2 mile diff)-

However WP their enrollment exams are up mutli fold and the goings on here are one direct cause -- the same holds true for Marmion / St Francis and even Joliet Catholic.

The number of kids from Watts heading there is not insignificant and I expect it to rise again next year.
