I think it is semantics. This report was done by the admin and maybe the admin drew boundaries but the SB cannot discuss them. I don't think there is anything wrong with that scenario.

here's what i think is wrong with that scenario - parents of 8th graders have decsiions to make and make soon - we need to know who is going where/ when will the school open/ what will/not the school have when opening -- these are peoples lives and kids futures - let's get some firm answers already.

d204mom, hurry costs are $4.5-5 mil. Same number applies whether it was BB or StJ. (I see same section wp referenced)

We dont have to make up or guesstimate numbers any more. They are all in front of us. It serves no purpose to throw out incorrect numbers.
