***MOD NOTE*** THIS IS THE UNOFFICIAL OPINION OF A POSTER AND DID NOT COME FROM ANY OFFICIAL DISTRICT 204 COMMUNICATIONS CHANNELS***
FINAL BOUNDARIES
MVHS Brookdale Longwood Brooks Young Watts Cowlishaw Steck
WVHS Gombert McCarty Georgetown Owen White Eagle Fry Peterson Welch N. of 87th
NVHS Clow Springbrook Builta Kendall Graham Patterson Welch S. of 87th
I guess this is what the new school district will look like after Tuesday. Just thought I would put this out there since this effects my kids also.

Someone needs to smack a TRO on this trainwreck real fast!
Seems the district is feeding us a bunch of lies. I was directly told by someone in the administration boundaries would not be considered until a final decision came from the school board on the site.
We can't trust anything we're being told anymore. This district is in a world of hurt with leaders like this!

Any calcs on the acheivement gap? Looks pretty big.
Also seems crazy to say that average distance bussed to high school won't increase - today is what, 2.7?
If you think that you are going to a high school based on your current ES assignment, remember that those are getting revamped too.

Yes, a newbie to this board but not to this nightmare created by the leaders of 204. Actually, I've been paying attention for along time.

Just last week people were saying "Why does everyone think the district is going to propose AME!? That's ridiculous! The only place I've ever heard about it is on this message board!" BTW - Thanks for the post and welcome, Informant!

Informant--
I highly doubt you got that from his desk and I highly doubt your job is with District 204. I admit, I've been wrong before.
I do wonder though, why would someone admit to theft of private intellectual property on a public internet forum ? This is the sort of thing that starts subpoenas happening if the wrong person sees it.

I call "liar." However, I do think that the list will be pretty close.

I believe Dash said they won't split grade schools unless N Welch won't be going to Welch anymore.
Plus this really means squat until we see the grade school boundaries first.

The title of the thread should be changed.

The title of the thread should be changed. I am tempted to just remove it completely because it's bogus unofficial information fraudulently posted. Ok, I renamed it just to keep the disinformation at bay. If it persists I will remove it completely since people might mistakenly assume it was from the District when it is not. It's from an account that has other handles.

Well, they are also promising AME will open in 2009. I see you can create polls on this board. Maybe we should create one where people can vote for which month we will find out that is not a reality. And then add one for what the excuse will be. Sorry, I just can't seem to break away from that date promise as a major positive for AME. I might need professional help

If you think that you are going to a high school based on your current ES assignment, remember that those are getting revamped too. Okay, I am not sure I believe this info was taken from a desk or not- but I believe these have a real chance of being the boundaries ( and I do believe this plan exists already) GD and I already basically have this model ( sans the Welch split - and someone would have to get me what portion of 833 Welch student would be N or S of 87th -- these results have all of Welch in NV MV 4157 feeder kids attainment 91.9 WV 4271 feeder kids attainment 89.2 NV 4817 feeder kids attainment 93.5 so much for the concern about WVHS we keep hearing about and Welch is the 15th ranked school ( of 21) so not sure if that is going to help this gap when N of 87th moves ( if it does) to WV - slightly , maybe

I am so worn out from all of this; the waiting, the decision, everything. I think I will go on a long vacation and come back to what will finally be official.

I might need professional help well especially since the school opens incomplete ( at best) that line for help would likely be pretty long
